What we see inside your business stays there. We sign NDAs on request and treat discretion as part of the service, not an extra.
Data privacy review
Every tool we recommend has been reviewed for how it handles data. We do not suggest tools whose privacy terms we have not read and considered appropriate.
Staff-paced onboarding
We work at the pace of the people who will use the tool — not at the pace of management. Adoption follows comfort, not pressure.
Written recommendations
Everything we suggest is documented. Nothing is left as a verbal note. You can review, challenge, or set aside any recommendation without explanation.
Transparent pricing
Prices are fixed and published. There are no additional charges for questions during an engagement or for adjustments that arise from normal use.
Honest fit assessment
If a review concludes that AI tools are not right for your business at this time, we say so plainly. There is no upsell in that situation.
